Applies To: All employees, contractors, clients, and visitors globally

Policy Statement

At Tech Domain we believe that a safe and healthy workplace is not only a legal requirement but a fundamental human right and a core business responsibility. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone—regardless of location—can perform their work confidently, free from harm or unnecessary risk.

As a global services provider, we operate across diverse regions, environments, and job roles. Whether it’s on-site technical work, remote field service, office-based operations, or virtual collaboration, our commitment to workplace health and safety remains consistent and uncompromising.

We recognise that workplace incidents and illnesses are preventable, and we strive for zero harm through proactive risk management, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • Protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of all individuals affected by our operations.
  • Outline our approach to hazard identification, risk management, and compliance.
  • Set expectations for how WHS responsibilities are shared and upheld across the organisation.
  • Promote a global culture of accountability, awareness, and care for ourselves and each other.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, contractors, and sub-contractors working under Tech Domain
  • All physical locations (offices, warehouses, client sites, data centres, etc.)
  • All remote or mobile operations across international jurisdictions
  • All clients and visitors who engage with our business environments

It covers health and safety in both traditional and non-traditional work environments, including remote/home-based work and international travel.

Our Commitments

We commit to:

  • Meeting or exceeding all relevant health and safety legislation in the countries where we operate.
  • Identifying and managing risks proactively through assessments, controls, and safe work procedures.
  • Providing and maintaining safe equipment, systems, and physical environments for all work activities.
  • Educating, training, and empowering our workforce with the knowledge and tools to stay safe.
  • Monitoring and reporting on WHS performance to ensure transparency and continual improvement.
  • Responding to incidents promptly and respectfully, focusing on root cause analysis and future prevention.
  • Respecting and supporting mental health and wellbeing as equally important components of safety.
